My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brandi loves people. She makes friends with many dogs, but prefers to be with people. Born in October of 2020, she weighs about 65 lbs. She would love to be a lap dog if you would let her. Brandi likes to cuddle whenever possible. She enjoys running and playing as long as she ends up snuggled up to you when it is over. Brandi tries hard to please and would enjoy being the princess in your castle.

Additionally pets are taken twice monthly to pet store for adoption events. Dates and locations are posted on our website and Facebook page.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
