My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/
We must have an application to move forward.

In foster in Portland OR, but he might possibly soon get moved to a foster further north ie Rochester, WA, As of now he is in Portland, OR

JUDAH is an amazing dog... so serious yet so affectionate. He is a 4yo, male Boxer/Beagle mix. He is always serious-looking but gets along with ALL my dogs. He doesn't even look at my cats. We walked by one of my cats outside (my cats are very dog-friendly) and he didn't do any more than glance at it. The same thing happened when we walked him by the goat pen!!! NOTHING! NO REACTION! He is pretty much the same way with dogs other than he does like to sniff. He has no preference for humans...adults, children, men, women...doesn't matter. Because of his size (about 60#s) he can easily knock down a toddler...so, please, only children 8 or older.

JUDAH is house trained. Within 1 day he was already asking to go outside once he learned which door to use. He sleeps at the side of my bed...exactly where my feet go when I get up. If he stayed longer with me, I'd have to get him to accept the big dog's bed. He also has lived in an apartment and is experienced at being kenneled.

Judah asks for affection when I'm at the computer. He sleeps behind my chair...again, kind of in the way but he's soooo sweet. He knows "sit", "paw" (to shake paws), and "stay" and he is VERY quiet. He also hardly ever barks.
**************** All I can say... HE'S A KEEPER! *********************
