Meet AJ!!
This beautiful girl is the best cuddler out there!!! She may be nine years old but she still acts like a teenager. She has spurts of youthful energy but also have no problem settling down for multiple naps on a daily basis.
AJ is crate trained and sleeps great through the night. She walks great on a leash and is easy to handle.
She knows “sit” and “leave it” and is learning “stay”. She knows what treats are and will do anything for one!!
AJ gets along great with most dogs her size, but prefers to be the only queen in her castle.
She cannot be in a home with cats or small animals as she’d like to chase them.
AJ loves playing fetch and is a huge fan of playing in water. She’s also been around kids and adores them.
AJ is afraid of thunder and lightning and would need someone to stay home with her on loud holidays. She’s a little shy with new people but warms up right away.
Her all time favorite past time is cuddling. She wants nothing more than to be on a couch with you. She does not destroy things and can be left unattended.
AJ is just a sweet older girl who needs a home that will just let her take all the naps and eat all the snacks. She’s completely low maintenance and high affection.
With her adoption we are also including a “welcome home” package that includes a new bed, a leash, new metal bowls, and a huge box of brand new toys for her to play with.
We will also be happy to provide any other supplies you may need including food, heartworm prevention, and flea and tick prevention. We just really need to get this sweet girl into a home, and if cost is the issue keeping you from considering her, we can help with that.
