My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aster is a gorgeous Dilute Torbie who was born in May 2022 into a large group of community cats before being taken into rescue with her cat cousin, Joe. She is very bonded to Joe and they are looking for a home together. Aster gets a lot of confidence from Joe, and waits to see how he reacts to a situation before she decides to join in. She is a very shy, gentle girl, who is going to blossom into an amazing adult cat. She loves to play with toy mice, ball towers, and Joe; she also likes other cats. Although Aster doesn't want to be held, and prefers petting on her terms, she loves Churu treats and licks them off your fingers. She likes to be in a cozy spot near you, especially if Joe is on your lap, and will purr when you talk to her. She's great with the litterbox, and using the scratching posts on her cat tree. Aster's ideal home will be a quieter one with a window for her to watch the world, and an adopter who will give her time to come out of her shell while she learns to trust them. Whoever adopts this bonded pair is really lucky - these are two special cats.
