Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Max needs to find a new home. Quite sadly his family has experienced some significant losses and is no longer able to keep him and care for him.
He's a timid little Bichon boy of about 8 years old weighing an estimated 10 lbs.
Max is looking for a quiet home without constant activity. He'd enjoy the company of a slightly older couple or individual who can spend all their time providing him the love and attention he deserves.
While ok with children, sometime they can be a little much for this sweet boy. He is use to being an only dog, but would do fine with another little senior to keep him company.
Max’s adoption fee includes all vaccinations, heartworm testing (he is on year-round prevention), neuter and microchipping.

Please note that BAARK is a foster-based organization; we do not have a shelter. Meet-and-greets are “appointment only” after approval of an adoption application. We adopt located in the NW suburbs of Chicago and adopt only local to the area.
