Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sky is the sweetest pup! We adopted her from Fairfax County Animal Shelter. Her story was that she was abandoned, and there was not much information from the previous owner as to why. The animal shelter is unsure how old she is, but estimated around 6 months. She has been spayed, is microchipped and has been seen by the vet to be updated on her vaccinations.
Our recent conditions have changed as we have had to take in our family dog who is very elderly, incontinent, and requires many resources. Sky is a fun and loving girl who just wants to play and jump around, and the two are not cohabitating very well. We think she would do very well with another young / adult dog who has close energy levels to her.
She is crate trained and we have been working on keeping her in for 5-6 hours at night and doing a mid-night walk while she’s adjusting to our home. Potty training is a work in progress but she’s doing much better. She is just the sweetest and we want the best home for her.
