My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Morticia is a beautiful, elegant and wonderful girl. She can be bit shy at first, but once she trusts you she is an absolute sweetheart and a total lap cat. Once she knows you, she will actually meow and give you a scornful look if you aren’t giving her enough pets and attention. She loves being brushed and pet and likes to snuggle up next to you and chill. She is normally a pretty relaxed and easygoing girl. She likes climbing and sleeping at the highest point that she can. If it’s near a window where she can soak up some rays, that’s truly her happy place. She loves to sleep and play with her siblings but is especially reliant on her brother Gomez who shows her who and where it’s safe to trust. If Gomez is cool with you then so is Morticia. It’s not required that they go to a home together, but it would be really awesome if they could.

Additional adoption info

We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
