This sweet Angel is Sloopy. Sloopy is available for adoption or foster through A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team located in Newport Ohio. We provide transportation to approved adopters and fosters. Sloopy was surrendered to A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team located in Newport Ohio in July 2022. Sloopy is currently 4 months old. She is cat, kid, and dog friendly, but she does have an independent personality. We feel she will prosper greatly in any type of home environment.
