My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Willow is one of a kind in every way. This 3-year-old pal is about 45lbs of sugar cookie and spicy meatball. She knows how to steal your heart and test your boundaries. To love Willow means you’re also going to be working with her quirks as well. While Willow loves to play at daycare and even out in the yard with a visiting pup; she needs to be an only dog in the house.

Willow is a little lover when she wants to be and will be your buddy on the couch if you let her. She also loves going for walks and hanging out outside. Willow is a smartie pants. Because she has worked with a trainer, she already knows “sit” “down” “lay down” “come” “eyes on me”. “Stay” is a work in progress!

Ok…..here are some of her quirks:

- She loves her kennel and if you ask her if it’s “bedtime” she’ll run to her kennel. That is where she will spend the night.

- If she senses you will let negative behavior slide, she will continue to push your boundaries. Consistency is key with her.

-Sometimes is takes a while for her to warm up to visitors. Luckily, she has been taught how to greet new people.

-She also is not a fan of cats.

-She really desires a family of adults in the home.

Willow is looking for a family willing to work with her daily on her training so she can be the best dog she can be. Does she sound like a lot? Maybe. But we know her perfect family is out there and waiting for her!!
