Barkley is about 10 years old, and he weighs 75 pounds. This sweet older guy knows how to sit, shake, and lay down for treats. Barkley enjoys going for walks, and even at 10 years old, he enjoys a good run around our play yard. Barkley has been friendly with everyone he has met while at the shelter. If you have another dog at home, Barkley would like to meet first, just to make sure they get along well.

* Barkley tested positive for Lyme disease when he arrived at the shelter, and is currently being treated with antibiotics

* Barkley qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion Program, for adopters aged 50+
