My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Age: 8 weeks

Size: 3.2 lbs

Estimated breed: Pit bull terrier mix

Tulum and her siblings were picked up by animal control in very poor condition. They were all underweight and loaded up with intestinal parasites. Tulum was dangerously underweight, frail, and dehydrated. We immediately rushed to pick her and her siblings up from the shelter and took her straight to our vet for IV fluids. Fortunately, after receiving a few hours of supportive care she was well enough to continue on to her foster home, where she has been eating and drinking great and is focused on getting bigger and stronger!

As of 9/19, Tulum is around 8 weeks old and weights 3.2 lbs. At best guess, she is a pit bull terrier mix, but we can never say for sure! She is a typical happy and spunky puppy who enjoys playing hard and napping hard. She has done well with all the dogs and people she's met so far. We have not seen her yet around cats or kids but due to her young age, would most likely do fine following a proper introduction. Since she is still so young, she will need a forever family with plenty of time and patience to train her into the best boy he can be. She can't wait to impress her future family with her smarts in professional training!
