Blair is a handsome 9 month mix of what we think is border collie and lab. Of course a guess. He is neutered and loves play time and toys and other dogs. He would love a playmate dog and he needs a fence. He likes to chase a cat and then try to get it to play. Not a mean behavior he is his body.
