Gordo is adorable, yes! No one could dispute that. When you hold him to try to get a photo he puts his ears back! lol so yes one photo is in the crate bc we couldn't figure out how to get him to keep his ears up when out of the crate!

In foster with a cat, kitten and an older dog and does great with ALL of them. Super happy friendly GREAT pup!

GORDO is a 1yr old Yorkie mix male, ONLY 8#-9s. He is a SUPER HAPPY super friendly with everyone humans/dogs/cats. Still a puppy that loves everyone and gets along with everyone. He is in foster with a kitten and a cat and does play with them! In TX in rescue he had one of the cats put him in his place...he was shocked. He'll learn. He is only 8-9#s and full grown. If you like Yorkies...you'll love GORDO. Unlike some yorkies he hardly ever barks!

Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.

Adoption Fees
The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting.

All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog.

HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/

This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose.

Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.
