My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sami is a happy and delightful small kitten who is now ready to find her forever home.  She came to LAWS when she was just a few days old.  She was bottle fed and started thriving.  She is now almost  6 months old and even though she is on the small side, she has a large and wonderful personality.  Sami loves to play, snuggle, nap in the sun, and eat.  She loves her scratching post, laser light toy, furry mice toys, and crinkle ball toys.  She enjoys watching the squirrels through the window.  She does miss chasing and playing with her former foster brother (who was adopted) and has demonstrated that she needs other cats or kittens as companions.  She is very sweet with humans, curious about the dog, and likes to imitate the adult cats.  She is always happy and excited in the morning when the humans wake up - she can get under foot a bit due to this excitement, but it’s quite cute and endearing.  In the evening she can get the zoomies, so that is usually the best time for the laser toy!  She is watchful and curious as well as cautious about new things or noises.  She likes to “make biscuits” on her favorite soft blankets and loves to be petted at the same time.  She is fuzzy and soft and has a gorgeous smokey color with a dark tabby striped pattern.  Sami has a bit of a sensitive tummy, but has done well on one specific food.  Sami will do well with other kittens, cats, and gentle dogs.  She will do best in a home without small children.  Sami is a wonderful and loving kitten who deserves a home where she will be treated very kindly, loved immensely, and spoiled daily!  She will be greatly missed by her foster family as she is simply the best!
