Meet Mack - Take My Lead Dog
Mack has been in the shelter for close to a year. He is a sweet boy learning how to process some big feelings. He’s a little nervous around new people, especially men, and often takes his time getting comfortable around strangers and novel environments. Once he’s comfortable, he’ll be in your lap, showering you with smooches.

Mack needs a home where he will be the only pet, and with a family that will move at his pace. Earning his trust is so rewarding, even if it takes a little time. He would do best in a home without young kids.

Mack is a Take My Lead dog meaning he has received a grant from Handsome Dan's Rescue for up to $500 in private training with his Take My Lead trainer, FREE group class through Outbound Hounds, and FREE training equipment, supplies, and enrichment items.
