My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Affectionate, gentle, playfull, shy towards new people.

Estimated date of birth 08-01-16. Alexa is a big and tall girl with energy like a kitten. Very loving and lovable. She is sweet and gentle, could be timid to new people at first but will warm up as she plays and is fed with her favorite foods. Once she is comfortable with her human she will purr and turn on her back to get belly rubs. Could Alexa be your Valentine? Contact us to Adoptablecatshouston@gmail.com for more information and how to apply to adopt this sweet cat.

More about this rescue

Adoptable Cats Houston is a non-profit organization committed to finding permanent homes for cats and kittens. Our cats were homeless strays or abandoned cats that were living in a colony that we manage. They live in foster homes where they are nurtured and receive the medical care they need. Our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for FIV and FeLV prior to being adopted into responsible, stable, loving forever homes.

We are a team of cat lovers that volunteer to make a difference to the stray cats that cross our path.
