My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INDOOR ONLY HOMES PLEASE FOR THIS DYNAMIC DUO!

JASPER (white hotot male):

Jasper was abandoned in a condo complex in Torrance. He ended up in the parking lot underneath cars. Residents in the area were able to rescue him and bring him to safety at Kribs for Kritters!

Jasper is extremely friendly and loving. He falls asleep when you hold and pet him. He tooth purrs and gives kisses! He is docile and not aggressive at all. He likes to play, explore and cuddle. He is a perfect bunny!

JASPERELLA (cinnamon female):

Kribs for Kritters accepted Jasperella from the Humane Society of Imperial County in El Centro, California to give her a better chance of adoption.

She is a SUPER FRIENDLY bun and wants attention. She is funny, gregarious, social, engaging, entertaining and a complete joy! There is zero fear or shyness in this bun!

Jasperella is an expert at finding a way to escape her bunny bungalow so she can go visiting all the other bunnies at the rescue. She gets along with most any bun that will get along with her! In fact, she jumped out of her enclosure and into the adjacent exercise pen that Jasper was occupying and the rest is history! I kept putting her back into her own space and she kept jumping into Jasper's area so I decided to keep them together. That just goes to show you that bunnies really do better with a mate as they are social creatures. Plus, I didn't have the heart to "divorce" the two bunnies.

Seriously though, you won't find a friendlier, dynamic duo that these two bunnies. Perfect for first time rabbit owners. Perfect for a family with responsible children want to be able to pet and love on a bunny. Perfect for a busy household as the hustle and bustle probably wouldn't bother these two buns who want to be in on the action!

Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.

The adoption fee for the pair is $100 which covers the spay/neuter costs at the low-cost clinic. Any additional donations to keep the rescue afloat are greatly appreciated.

If the rabbits ultimately can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or homemade DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open, and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Don't have the items you need to welcome a bunny to your home? No problem, I have low-cost x-pen enclosures, litter boxes, bunny litter, hay, food pellets and toys to make new bunny ownership easier for you. Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!

Or, if you prefer to get your bunny supplies ahead of time, PLEASE consult with me before you purchase them as I can direct you to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials.

More about this rescue

Kribs for Kritters primary focus is rescuing domestic rabbits that have been abandoned at parks, schools, golf courses, fitness trails and any other outdoor location. Kribs for Kritters also assists Golden View Farm Rabbit Rescue in their heroic efforts.

All rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

We are both a rescue and a shelter. We have over 100 rabbits in our care. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask. It is likely we have a bunny to suit your needs. New bunnies are being rescued every week. We don’t always have time/resources to post every bunny that crosses our path.

We have an exceptionally high success rate of bunny bonding on the very first date. So, if you’re looking for a mate for your existing bunny, give us a try.

Our operating costs are at least $1,000 per month so donations are always appreciated. Donations can be made to PayPal.me/kribsforkritters.
