Hades is an adorable 1-year old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix who tips the scales at about 10 pounds. He loves to play fetch and will happily bring you a toy to throw for him. Hades knows "sit" and he is working on "paw." He's house and crate trained. His foster home has a small female dog and he gets along well with her.

Hades LOVES attention from his humans, but can be slow to warm up with strangers. His foster mom thinks he would do best in a home without many visitors. He likes to alert his foster family when people walk by the house and when the doorbell rings.

His current home has children over the age of 12 years and he does well with them. However, he gets upset when play gets too rowdy or loud - he'll bark to let everyone know he thinks they should calm down.

If you'd like to adopt Hades, apply today! His minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
