My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Mama! I am approx 11 years young! I am a sweet little chihuahua. Yes a sweet little girl who wants nothing more then to be loved. My mail goal in life is to spend my time with my human/family and make sure they are okay and safe. I've been told I look young for my age and I love to cozy up in a warm lap and watch TV. I am potty pad trained and am working on learning to go outside with reminders.

A little about how I ended up with Guardian Angel Pet Rescue: I was with another rescue and it burnt down. Many dogs had to be moved and rehomed or re-rescued into new rescues. I was one of the "lucky ones" to find this great rescue to help me find my perfect person. I have been looking for my forever family for several months, and I would love nohting more then to find the perfect match!

Due to how small I am and my age, I would do best in a home with another small dog. I have not been exposed to cats or children since being re-rescued.

If you want a dedicated little pup who wants to be by your side day and night, I am totally your gal! Let's be family.

More about this rescue

We began rescuing dogs 6 years ago when I realized that so many healthy dogs were being euthanized in our local shelters. Shortly after I began to rescue kitties as well. We estimate that we have rescued over 2500 animals since we began. They all deserve a chance, a life and a lot of love.
