Winnie has had a rough life and will be best in a quiet and gentle home where she can learn to be confident, trusting, and continue to grow as a beautiful girl. She's been in foster care for awhile and it's taking them time to get her to relax and relearn how to be a dog. She needs the perfect home for her that will give her everything needs and way more.
