Franklin is an 8-10 yr old, long-haired chihuahua who just wants to be in your lap as much as possible. This little boy loves to be held. He does need to have all his teeth extracted (VPFP will cover expenses for this medical procedure), but he's got a good life left to live. Franklin was rescued from a hoarding situation where he shared a filthy room with another doggo. We think he has earned an easy retirement! He is a little overwhelmed by bigger, exuberant dogs, but should do fine with another quiet pup who will leave him be. Obviously he can't hurt anyone with his tiny toothless face, but he would just be happier with chill siblings or just his person.
