Have the blues? Feeling down and out? Meet Candy! This girl is as sweet as her name. Candy LOVES people and would prefer to be the only girl in your life. Candy appreciates the simple things in life, from long walks on the trail to playing with her toys and snuggling up with you. Candy is such a fun girl; she deserves a home where she will be loved and spoiled like the princess she is.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.

Paws Crossed is a private organization which relies solely on donations, grants and fundraising events for our income; we do not receive any Federal, State or Local assistance.

We are dedicated to being a true no-kill rescue. This means we will only euthanize for terminal illness or irreversible suffering. We are committed to saving as many lives as we can, while also providing the best possible environment for the pets in our care.
