Meet Celeste! This is Celeste. The vet thinks that she is a rat terrier mix. She weighs a whopping 15 pounds she needs to gain some weight but will be a small dog. She is 6 months old, heartworm-negative, and very sweet. We are scheduling a spay for next week so that she can go to her forever home or foster.
