Persephone is a female short-haired black kitten.

I'm Persephone, named for the Greek goddess; after all, aren't all female cats goddesses?! I know my ear-tufts have caught your attention. I'm a truly beautiful feline! I was found in a car engine, but happily made my way to HSSCM where I received the veterinary care I needed and now have a second chance. I love to spend time with the other kittens at the shelter, and it sure would be nice if I could go home with one! Don't you think you should have a house-panther like me to curl up with and read a good book together?
