My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE 4/25/24: Ziggy is still looking for his forever family. He has a med-high activity level and will benefit from someone who enjoys the outdoors and looking for an adventure buddy. Sweet Ziggy is a playful, loving, happy boy who gets along well with other dogs and loves people. He is neutered, vaxxed and ready to go to his forever home. Ziggy needs a home where he can learn basic obedience and even learn advanced outdoor activities. Eager to please and ready to train, he is highly treat and praise motivated. He is from Southern California where shelters are overcrowded and dogs are getting killed every day. Unknown experience with cats. He is great with children, would be wonderful family pet. He is available now for foster to adopt placement.

More about this rescue

Pat Rodriguez founded the Pacific Northwest Puppy Train to help relocate adoptable dogs from overpopulated Southern California to all points north. There are just so many wonderful dogs here who never get a chance because of unfortunate circumstances. I get them out of So California high kill shelters, give them decompression time, nurse them back to health with good food/love, spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipped, medications, identify and stabilize any medical conditions, health clearances. Safe passage is guaranteed by private auto, pet is hand-delivered to destination. No middle-men, carriers, freight transport, just me and a car full of dogs.
