My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Double Adoption with Oneonta, BF2530.  Special senior Oneonta spent her entire life surrounded by a large clowder of male cats, all sharing an uncertain future. Through all the ups and downs, it’s been her life long friend Mohawk who she’s depended on to help her feel safe. We’ve promised this fearful pair they have nothing to fret over; they can spend furever together, and we’ll be by their side to support them as we search for the heroes that are meant to be their pawrents. We want them to feel the comfort of a safe home so we’re seeking adults experienced in boosting the confidence of these tentative friends. We’ve given them all the time they need to warm up to humans, and we’ll expect that same kind of long term commitment to them in their first safe home. If your home sounds like the one they’re in need of, please ask about becoming their hero!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

When you come down to NSALA an associate will help you figure out what kind of animal will do best in your situation. At that point they will take out the animals you are interested in so that you may get to know them. You will have plenty of time to play and interact with your new friend in our family friendly areas designated for that purpose. When you decide you want to adopt, an associate will help you fill out an application.

Our adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies (up to 6 months) $350
Adult Dogs (over 6 months) $100
Puppy Mill Rescues $250
Small Breed & Pure Breeds (over 6 months) $250
Kittens (up to 6 months) $100
Double Kittens $150
Adult Cats (over 6 months) $50
Double Adult Cats $75

Where applicable, a $50 Spay/Neuter deposit is required for kittens, $75 for puppies.
