My story

Age: 6 months as of 11/30

Size: 21 lbs as of 10/25

Estimated breed: Labrador retriever mix

Rhoda and her sister Mary were found as strays all by themselves in rural Texas. They made their way to the local shelter, where they sat and waited for over a month. We were fortunately able to get them onto a flight to Maryland where they are now safe in foster homes while waiting for their forever homes!

As of 10/30, Rhoda is around 5 months old and weighs 18 lbs. At best guess, she is some kind of Labrador retriever mix, though we can never say for sure! Like all puppies, she loves playing hard and napping hard. She has done well with all the people, kids, and dogs she's met so far. We have not yet seen her around cats. She's looking for a forever home with the time, patience, and love to train her into the best girl she can be.
