Meet Stich! He’s such a sweet, loving and playful one year old Lab mix. He’s very smart and is food motivated to learn new things. He’s potty trained, crate trained and knows sit and wait. He loves to play with toys and run around with other dogs! He’s also is a huge cuddler, he thinks he’s a lap dog. He’s shy to new people and kids and takes a little time to warm up. Once he does he’s such an affectionate dog. He’s such a sweetheart and would love a forever home with a yard where he can run with other dogs. He can’t wait to find his forever home.

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
