Meet Noelle. Sweet, sweet, sweet. Shy, shy shy. She is a confident kitten, almost 4 months old. A “on her own terms” girl. No hissing or scratching, just will come to you when she wants to. HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express every Friday 4pm-7pm plus Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event). Pet Food Express is located at 5829 Lone Tree Way B, Antioch, CA.
