This is a courtesy post; the animal still resides with his guardian.
Need highly experienced parents. We will screen and filter any unwanted, not qualified adoptees.
The adoption fee is waived, but a donation is welcome; also, your donation is subject to a 60% tax deductible from our 501(c)3 foundation.
It is recommended to be the only household animal with no small pets or children. We will need you, the adoptee, to have a proper containment setup and operational before adoption.
You will be subject to and required to have our foundation do a random welfare check during the post-adoption. This is NOT personal property and NOT a regular "house pet," It will need a skilled and experienced handler to take on such an animal.
There is an addendum adoption contract for this animal. If the adoptee can no longer care for this animal, the adoptee must surrender such animal back to our foundation care without any question or request any reimbursement whatsoever. Due to the breed, this is a must to ensure this animal will go to a good home with proper care. No exception.
