My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby is a very sweet girl. Her birthday is around 9-29-17. She was my father’s dog and he recently passed away so she needs a new home with someone who is active and loves snuggles. She is an excellent walker who doesn’t pull at all and listens well. She lives and is around other dogs a lot. Dad would take her out in the fishing boat for hours at a time, several days a week and she always did great. She enjoys swimming and does well.

There was one time when she showed aggression towards another dog when food was involved. Ever since then my parents fed the dogs in separate rooms and didn’t have an issue.

She gets excited at times and isn’t the best at body awareness. She likes to sit in your lap and follow you around the house. She goes to the dog park and is off leash when fishing with Dad and is curious but always listens and checks in.

Ruby’s ideal owner would enjoy walks and being active but she is also ok with lazy days and snuggles.
She is up to date on all shots.
