My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duchess (spayed mama, 14 months) and her son Duke (neutered male, 6 mo old) are a bonded, but don’t have to go together. Duchess is a mostly white tabby and Duke is a tuxedo.

Duchess follows her foster mom around the house, sleeps with her, and enjoys being petted. These tso eat, sleep and play together.  Duchess is protective of Duke. Both are tested, spayed/neutered, shots, microchipped.

Application required. Adoption fee $125 each, discount for the pair.  Email marla@adopt-a-kitty.org or text   251-404-0022           ADOPT-A-KITTY.ORG

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is the completion of our adoption application, and we do not charge an application fee. We charge an appropriate adoption fee to cover most of the costs associated with vetting each animal. We have a 2 page contract to be signed at time of adoption, and we offer a 14 to 30 day money back return policy, dependent upon age of the animal.

You may contact us via email or by text/phone. We have flexible hours, by appointment only. Nights and weekends are doable!

More about this rescue

Adopt-a-Kitty is an all species/breed caregiver to lost, homeless, and unwanted pets that are in need, locally and in nearby surrounding areas, concentrating mainly on cats and kittens. We accept “special needs” pets as well, when in need. In the last 5 years, we have placed hundreds of animals, a good portion pulled from high kill shelters. Our mission in life is to love, care for, and PLACE animals who haven't been given a chance. All pets are tested, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, etc. prior to adoption. We provide a safe place for our rescued pets to stay until a forever family can be found. Because we are a grassroots organization, we rely on help from the public, adoption donations, and money from our own pockets.
