Oliver has had a bit of a rough start in life, but his resilient spirit and loving nature shine through despite it all. Bounced around too much for less than a year of life, Oliver is searching for stability and a loving family to call his own.

🏡 **Background:**
Originally taken from his first home by a caring delivery driver who witnessed his neglect, Oliver then found himself living with an elderly gentleman who, unfortunately, couldn't keep up with his lively energy. Thankfully, a compassionate neighbor stepped in to help him find his way into rescue.

🐶 **Personality and Traits:**
Oliver is a great young dog with a ton of potential. He's smart, very trainable, and full of energy. He loves to run, jump, and play, especially with other dogs as seen in his YouTube video! While he may accidentally knock down small animals or kids due to his exuberance, he's incredibly affectionate and eager to give enthusiastic kisses to anyone who crosses his path. Oliver walks well on a leash, is kennel and house trained, and would thrive in a home with a yard and plenty of human companionship.

Though Oliver does have some hip dysplasia, he shows no clinical symptoms and it doesn't bother him in the least. With proper care and attention, he's ready to enjoy a happy and active life with his forever family.

We hold adoption events in Colorado Springs at Pet Supplies Plus, 3630 Austin Bluff Parkway, almost every Sunday from 11-2. All applicants must be preapproved before events to go home with their new family member. Check our Facebook page for cancelled events. Contact us if you want to meet a specific dog as not all dogs can attend all events.
