Looking for a happy dog who will love you to pieces? Take a look at Gypsy... approximately 2 yrs old, only 37 lbs, cute scruffy face, and a non-stop wagging tail! Gypsy would make a wonderful family dog. she's low to the ground and not too big to handle. She has wirehair that means she sheds little if any. She loves to be brushed - even her feet! This young dog came to us with an unknown housetraining history, but she's been perfect in her foster home without accidents, as long as she's taken out regularly throughout the day. Gypsy is crate trained and quietly enjoys a biscuit or two or a chew toy while she's in the crate. She takes treats very gently. We've heard her bark twice - once while playing and once when someone new surprised her. She plays nicely with other dogs at the dog park, loves riding in the car while checking off the errand list, and like most good dogs, enjoys a scratch behind the ears and a belly rub.
Gypsy knows "sit", "down", and "roll over". She's a smart dog who will learn what you teach her. Her scruffy face and beautiful brown eyes will melt your heart and make you happy. All dogs adopted from One Tail at a Time Rescue are spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date with vaccines, have been wormed, and are ready to go to their new homes now. Unless otherwise noted, the dogs on our website are here in foster homes. We prefer adoptive homes in MA and NH -- we do not ship our dogs. Adoption fee $375
