My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marley was rescued from an apartment complex where she was living on the streets and in the parking lot after her owners moved and left her behind to fend for herself.  Marley was very happy to be brought in out of the cold and given a big soft bed and regular meals.  She is a very social little girl who moved right into her foster mom’s home. Marley is young (a little over a year) and still has a lot of kitten in her.  She is very curious and playful and loves it when her foster mom plays with her with the wand toy.  After a bout of that, she will curl up in her foster mom’s lap for a little catnap.  She also plays with some of the other foster kitties.

Marley will do best in a mature home or one with older cat-savvy children (14+).  She is currently in a foster home with several other cats and her foster Mom’s cat-friendly dog.  She was also around other cats when she was outside and will likely adjust and get along with other cat-friendly cats after slow and proper introductions.  In fact, since she is young and playful, she would likely enjoy having another kitty in the home.  Dogs may be another story.  When she was living outside the neighborhood dogs chased her so she isn’t too crazy about dogs.  She tolerates them but it would take time to introduce her to a new dog.

Marley may be somewhat shy when she first moves into her forever home but with a little love, time and patience, she will be your best bud in no time!  She is a funny little character and so deserving of a loving forever home.

Marley was born approximately December 9, 2021, and her adoption fee is $105, or adopt two and the second is one-half price. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, has a microchip, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus.
