Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Years of neglect, outside living, and multiple litters of puppies were Bella's life before being rescued off the cold streets of Little Rock. She has adjusted nicely to her foster home bringing along her last two puppies (Apollo and Brutus). Bella is housebroken, gets along with other pets, and ignores the cats. She will do well in a quiet home as she recovers from past years of neglect. She does have heartworm and a slow-kill protocol has been started.
To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application.
Once your application has been processed, we'll be in contact.
We cannot schedule a meet and greet without a completed application.
Please go to http://ootwrescue.org/adoption to fill out an application or review our Adoption Process.
Cat adoption fee is $100. Dog adoption fee is $150, unless otherwise specified.

We do not have a shelter. Our pets are being cared for in foster homes. We allow prospective adopters to meet the pet by appointment after we have approved the home to adopt and feel that we have a good match.
