Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ATLAS | M | 3 YRS | SLOUGHI (Arabian greyhound) | 75 Lbs |
Meet Atlas - tall, dark and handsome!!! He is such a statuesque and majestic boy, and charms the socks off everyone he meets! He loves to be close to his hoomans and loves to cuddle and get massages, especially in the mornings. He is smart as a whip, and absolutely LOVES to receive praise during training sessions and will nudge his way into your arms for extra lovin' everytime he hears Good Boy! He is fairly calm in the home and happy to lounge but he does need something to chew to keep him occupied. His current favourite is a gorilla chew or yak bone - he likes the tough ones! He also has a fantastic appetite and likes to remind you by hanging around the kitchen if you're a little late. He loves the company of hoomans and other dogs. He is fine left alone for a few hours at a time and likes to settle in a room with a dog bed, his chewy and a water bowl. Atlas enjoys his walks and is becoming more confident. He is good with small dogs as well, but loves to chase and play so not all little dogs may like that style.
He has not been around cats. He is such a fantastic, handsome and kind boy that he would be a fantastic addition to any household, as an only dog or adding to a pack. Atlas has been neutered, health checked, and up to date on all vaccinations and is more than ready to find his furever home! If you would like to meet Atlas and learn more about him and our foster to adopt program, please email our rescue at c4ptoronto@gmail.com. (Please note that is a tracking device on his collar as all our dogs wear them.)
