This sweet dog is looking for a great, loving, forever home! We received a call about a dog that was hanging around and limping badly. Other neighbors said they had seen him a few months ago and he looked even worse. They sent me a video and my heart was stolen. They drove him a little over an hour to us and met at the vets. After examination it was determined that he had been shot and his right front leg was shattered. He also had a pellet in his back and another in a back leg. He also has some hip dysplasia and was underweight. We had no choice but to amputate his front leg. He has had a couple of months now to get strong and used to his new tripod status. Lemonade is neutered, UTD on all vaccines and HW negative. He is housetrained and loves everyone. He does need a secure fenced yard because he still seems to have a touch of wanderlust. We would like to find a home with gentle dogs and cats because we don't want another dog to knock him down. Lemonade likes to go for walks and car rides. He also loves to play ball!! He's extremely social and would be the kind of guy you could take to restaurants and ball games. Honestly, Lemonade is "the best dog ever" and we are determined to find him a great home.
