Toby is a one year old American bulldog with very pretty polka dots all over him. He is a fun loving and gentle boy and absolutely loves life! Toby is extra special because he is deaf. Even though he can’t hear you, he watches your face very carefully so he can learn commands. He already knows “sit.” Please love him as much as he would love you!
