Cesar was abandoned by a family who suffered a tragic loss of a family member and had to move away. He is definitely a lap cat who loves attention. He even occasionally enjoys belly rubs. He is 9 months old born on April 19, 2022. Despite being young he is already 10 pounds and approximately 17 inches from shoulder to base of tail.
