My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Leonidas!

What this handsome boy lacks in height he makes up for in personality. Leonidas is a sweet little guy, he's the most loveable bulldog mix. He came to us as a stray in mid August, but he has been friendly and loving from the start. He has the biggest personality, he loves to run around and play the day away. If he were a person, he would be an athlete for sure. Energetics aside, he is a total ham! Mr. Leo is one of the biggest lovers on the planet, he loves nothing more than getting good scratches all around his cheeks and under his chin. Belly rubs are his favorite past-time, and he would make a killer movie-night partner. Leo has gone through lots of training here with us too, he knows the 'sit' command like the back of his paw, and will also walk well on a leash for a confident handler. Unfortunately, on 08/30/2021, Leo was diagnosed with heartworms. This poor guy went through almost a year of treatments, but we are happy to announce that he is now heartworm negative and ready to find his forever home! Leonidas is also required to be the only other animal in the home since he does not get along with other animals, however he loves children!

Leo is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped.
