DAISY is a two-year-old bunny, who came to us when her owners couldn't care for her clogged tear duct. Her tear duct was flushed by our vet and she was put on oral antibiotics and eyedrops which cleared it up. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence but her new family should understand that Daisy may need to go to the vet from time to time. Not all vets see rabbits so we recommend having somebody lined up ahead of time. Daisy has been with us for over a year and we would love for her to have her forever home. She loves the vegetables that our volunteers bring to her, but sometimes she can be a little grumpy and box with her front feet when they clean her cage. Our shelter is a little overwhelming for her, and we feel that she would love to decompress in a home. Because she has a little bit of attitude, we don't recommend her as a starter bunny for a small child. To add Daisy to your home, please fill out an application at www.companimals.org. Prior to taking her home, we do require a 'virtual home visit' video of her new digs. Adoption $35.
