Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I adopted Cooper from a shelter. I didn’t know he was a standard poodle at the time so didn’t realize how big he would be. He was approximately 4 months old (as per shelter). He is now estimated to be about 65 lbs, with clean health.I have corresponding paperwork.I live in a condo which is not equipped for that size dog. He is very smart and I feel he needs more mental stimulation than I can provide. So I’m looking out for his best interest and don’t want to keep him for selfish reasons. I feel a larger active family with a yard to handle a big dog would be a better situation for him. Or someone who is familiar with standard poodles and enjoys training them is another option. I will keep him until we find his perfect home. Handsome boy, crate trained, potty trained, knows many commands, working daily on leash walking. Very smart so can be a bit stubborn…He’s about 6 months old…
