Here is a little about our guy:
You know you’re the goodest boy ever when you’ve been lovingly gifted with a handful of names: Fritz, Pepsi, Pop-Pop, Buddy, Bubba. To know Fritz is to love Fritz. At least that’s how we feel! This lean orange cuddling machine is all things silly, playful, sociable, smart and down right adorable.
Fritz can make a friend out of anyone he meets (human or dog), and gets along famously with his foster dog sister and every other dog or person that has ever had the pleasure of meeting him. Fritz greets other dogs by bringing them one of his toys and inviting them to play. Is that not the sweetest thing? I can just picture those tail wags and butt wiggles now!
Being well-rounded Fritz knows how to be silly (his strong suit), play, and have a good time, but also powers down when the day is done and looooves a good cuddle on the couch and a solid rest overnight (we aren’t exaggerating here…. He can sleep through just about anything!). His foster home reports that Fritz even enjoys being held on their hips like a toddler because it means more cuddles. What a cutie!
This smart little cookie enjoys a challenge and therefore loves to learn! He has attended training classes, and so far knows spin, sit, down, and walk through legs. Even more, Fritz walks well on a leash and harness (enjoying his sniffs along the way of course), dominates puzzle toys, and is housebroken. Fritz is working on “off” and learning how to be crated while his people are away. Admittedly, it’s not his favorite.
If you are looking for a playmate/walking partner/master cuddler, who is just the right size at 30 pounds, then Fritz is your guy. Who knows, maybe you’ll even get to take his favorite blue ball home with you so he can play fetch with you, too. ��The adoption donation for Fritz (Pop-pop) is $300.
