Oji is the Japanese word for "Prince" and Oji really is one. Born in July 2020, he weighs about 55 lbs. This blue-eyed beauty is house trained, walks well on a leash and is eager to please. His beautiful soft fur and fluffy tail are a pleasure to watch and pet. He is a handsome gentleman who loves to be with people. Oji likes to go for long walks and rides well in the car so would make a great travel companion. He likes to play and gets along with most friendly dogs. He enjoys running around and getting wet in his doggy pool. Of course, relaxing on cool tile in an air-conditioned house is even better. Oji wants to be the prince in your castle. Welcome him into your life and he will be a loyal, loving companion to enrich your life for years to come.

3) Schedule home visit
4) Place animal or refund fee.

Adopter has 30 days for 100% refund or exchange for different pet.

Located in the Mission area, Cinderella Pet Rescue, as an all-volunteer organization, schedules appointments for people to meet the animals at the shelter or in a foster home. Additionally pets are taken twice monthly to pet store for adoption events. Dates and locations are posted on our website and Facebook page.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
