Meet Archie! He is a Dutch Shepherd mix, born 8/31/22 (estimated) and weighs 52 lbs. Archie was a stray in Lake Los Angeles and showed up at the mailbox of his current foster Dad. His family never came for him so he is now ready to be adopted! When you sit down next to him he wants to be in your lap and give you kisses. He loves other dogs and spends lots of time playing in the yard with his foster puppy siblings Lillibet and Charlotte (see photo). Archie needs a family who is willing to give him lots of love, and he will benefit from obedience training to help him grow up to meet his full potential. He is kid-friendly as well as friendly with dogs his size and larger, but likes to chase cats and small dogs (but to play, not at all aggressive). He will need at least a moderately-size fenced yard to run and play. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Puppies require a lot of patience and training so please be sure everyone in the household is on board with adopting a puppy before reaching out.
