Dozer is ready to bulldoze his way into your heart! At around 6 years old, Dozer is on the short side for his breed, but he’s chock full of personality and sure loves people. Dozer is friendly with dogs but he enjoys chasing cats so isn’t an ideal match with them. Dozer‘s favorite toys are anything soft that he can chew on, so while he gets along well with children he will steal (and destroy) soft toys…and although he’s short, he has some impressive counter surfing skills! Dozer is seeking a person that wants a true-blue companion that will never leave their side, he wants to go everywhere his person goes and isn’t shy about pushing his way into your spot on the couch or bed!

Dozer’s adoption fee is $300 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives plus a free basic obedience course at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. Last Hope requires that adopters keep animals as indoor pets only, have them altered and current on vaccinations and preventatives. Our adoption process includes reference checks, a home visit and a vet history check. Please submit an adoption application through our website, Adopthope.org, for consideration.
