ADOPTION PROCESS

Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

How can you resist his white frosted face? He is so handsome!What a sweet loving loyal boy he is. He does not act like a senior boy! He loves to run around and play with stuffed toys, he is potty trained, knows sit, takes his treats gently, affectionate, walks great on leash, always has a smile on his face. LOVES to go in the kiddie pool. He would be great as your only pet or he may do well with a non dominant dog. He is non-reactive to other dogs. Sammie loves everyone. He would love to meet you and snuggle on the couch, and watch some netflix. Neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped. He's ready to go!

$195.00 puppies, adoption fee varies for our adult dogs. Potential adopters need to fill out our adoption consultation form and if they qualify, we will arrange a meet/greet then a home check. All of our dogs are S/N, vaccinated/micro-chipped

2nd "Chance" saves dogs that otherwise would be left on the streets to fend for themselves or brought to the pound and most likely placed on the E-List. Our dogs are extremely loving and deserve a place to call home.
