Rodrigo was found by a kind person living under a dumpster at a Taco Bell eating what he could find on the ground . He was so happy to be rescued and brought indoors where he has a soft , safe place to sleep and regular meals and fresh water . Hes a very grateful for all the comforts he has now and keeps his pen very clean . Hes a friendly , happy guy who is sure to make you smile .
