Oscar will be turning 3 on Valentine'sDay. He's originally a rescue from Las Vegas, Nevada. He moved with his present owner to North Alabama just this past year. He is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and play. He is great with kids and other dogs. He needs someone that can give him more time and attention than his present owner that is an elder.
